ZTE won the “Consumer IoT Initiative of the Year” award at the 2020 Global Telecom Awards (Glotel Awards) as a token of appreciation for the Smart Home Care Solution developed by ZTE.
The Glotel Awards is an award event that appreciates the innovation and excellence of companies involved in advancing and transforming the telecommunications industry.
Smart Home Care Solution uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to help users make the most of the video function. Besides being able to record happy moments with family, Smart Home Care Solution is able to recognize signs of danger at home, such as disturbance by strangers and family members who have fallen, and reduce distraction from invalid warnings.
In addition, users can monitor what is happening in their home in real time through ZTE Homecare which is a mobile application for Smart Home Care Solution.
To protect user privacy, the camera lens can be closed via the ZTE Homecare app or by pressing the camera button. In addition, the low-light full color function allows the camera to display color images and videos even in low light.
