Google has added a new Photos feature that makes it easy for users to share single photos and videos by chatting.
Google introduced private chat to its photos app, which allows users to send individual pictures and clips to various people in an ongoing chat.
As quoted by The Star, in addition to sharing media, conversation allows users to send messages like conversations in general.
The ability to “chat” is a new feature presented by Google in this cloud-based photo storage service.
Google says that this sending feature is actually meant to make it easier for users to share photos.
Later, the photo sent can be saved and given a response by the recipient in the chat such as “like” or comment.
Users can like photos or leave comments in conversations. Users can also easily save the photo or video to their own gallery.
It’s easy to use the messaging feature on Google Photos. Users simply select a photo or video in the Google Photos library, then select share.
Selanjutnya pilih kontak atau grup yang ingin dikirimi pesan. Pengguna pun bisa menambahkan pesan pada panel yang tersedia. Setelah selesai, tekan kirim.
Fitur ini mulai diluncurkan secara bertahap oleh Google pada awal Desember 2019 dan akan tersedia untuk semua pengguna Google Photos di Android, iOS, dan web
